Eligibility for Returns
You can return most items within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new and unused condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Items must be undamaged and free from any signs of use.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is simple. Here’s how:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Get a Return Authorization: Our customer service team will send you a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send your item back before receiving an RA number.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Ship the Item: Use the return shipping label provided, or if you’re responsible for the return shipping cost, ship the item to the address provided by our support team. You may want to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost.
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping: If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a notification when your refund has been processed.
Please note:
- Refunds may take 15 additional days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the return, and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. In cases where a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Late Returns
