How Delivery Works
- All deliveries handled by an independent third-party delivery company
- Appliance Worlds is not responsible for any damages during delivery
- We coordinate delivery only — we do not conduct deliveries ourselves
- Delivery available within 60 miles of our Ashland, VA store
- Re-delivery charges apply if a delivery attempt fails
- An additional $50 fee applies for any appliance exchange during delivery
- Delivery days: Monday, Thursday & Friday
If your appliance is damaged during delivery, document it with photos immediately and contact the delivery company. We will assist with the claims process.
